This includes access to digital tools, analytics dashboards, campaign listings, and advertising placements under the ExampleSite platform.

• Monthly Plans: Automatically renewed at the beginning of every month.
• Annual Plans: Billed once per year, discounted compared to monthly payment plans.
• One-Time Fees: Fixed costs for one-off services such as setup, onboarding, or digital projects.
• All payments are securely processed through PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfer.

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT. Pricing may vary depending on plan type, promotional offers, or currency conversion rates. Any additional costs will be clearly displayed before payment.

6. Payment Compliance

Payments are handled by Example Digital Support Team Sp. z o.o. via PayPal, EU SEPA, or Bank Transfer. Late or failed payments may result in suspension until the outstanding balance is settled.

7. Taxes & Invoicing

Invoices are issued electronically in compliance with EU VAT Directive 2006/112/EC. Customers within the EU who provide a valid VAT number will receive invoices without added VAT, under the reverse charge mechanism.
