Subscriptions can be canceled anytime, with refunds available within 7 days of purchase.

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or manipulate data.
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users.
• Publishing or distributing offensive or unlawful material.

All trademarks, logos, and materials on www.talentsquad.pl are the property of Talent Squad Manpower Spółka z o.o.. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Payments & Invoicing

Payments are processed via PayPal, EU SEPA and comply with Polish tax law. Invoices are issued electronically.

Currency used: EUR. Bank location: Warsaw, Poland.

ExampleSite shall not be held liable for indirect or incidental losses incurred during the provision or misuse of services. Users are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.

9. Termination

ExampleSite reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Warsaw, Poland.
